Waistbead Orders Terms & Conditions

All waistbead items are made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, items are non-refundable. If you experience an issue due to damage or errors in craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for a resolution.

All waistbeads orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. US orders shipped via USPS may take 2-7 days to arrive. Internationally shipped orders may take 7-15 business day to arrive.

We are not responsible for products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or incomplete address. If you notice that the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and the correct address.

Bead Supply Terms & Conditions

Bulk supplies are shipped based on weight. In order to maintain the lowest possible shipping costs, bulk items are shipped at a flat rate price. These flat rate prices include package protection & insurance.

Shipping prices are calculated as follows:

$200+ Bulk Bead Orders - $30 flat rate
6pack/10pack Bulk Jar Orders - $14 flat rate
24 pack Bulk Jar Orders - $20
Bulk Thread Orders - $10 flat rate
Bulk Needle Orders - $6.50 flat rate

Beads, Thread, Jars, and Needles are never shipped together and have their own calculated shipping charges. For instance, if you order Bulk Beads and a 24 pack of Bulk Jars, you will see a shipping charge combination of $50, but items will ship separately.

Please allow 7-14 days processing time for bead supplies.

All bulk supply orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) will be processed & shipped within 7-14 business days. We do not offer bulk supplies outside of the USA.

All Bulk Bead Supply orders are final.

However, we grant a 48 hour cancellation grace period.
