We have updated our bead order policy to align with our vendor's terms and conditions. Please take note of new terms:
Once bead orders are placed customers have 48 hours to request a cancellation. Once cancellation period has expired, orders cannot be cancelled (no exceptions). Due to our bead vendor's no-refund policy, we are no longer able to offer refunds or exchanges of bead order products. All sales are final.
